Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make this process as smooth and refined as the finish on our Human Hair Weaves.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused, and uninstalled condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
  • Returned within the 15-day window

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality standards for all our customers, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Analysis Note: Based on our product menu and the nature of beauty products, all hair coloring and chemical treatment products (colorants, developers, permanent solutions, and application tools) are excluded from returns for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, similar to industry standards for cosmetic chemicals.

The Return & Exchange Process: Step by Step

Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our customer care team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Please use the email template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to our fulfillment center:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Inspection & Processing

Once received, our quality team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email once your return is approved or if there are any issues.

Refund Timeline & Methods

After your return is approved:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection approval.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Exchange Processing: For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is approved. Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (such as a flawed Human Hair Wig or incomplete Faux Loc Braid kit):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  • Include photos clearly showing the damage or defect
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement at no cost to you
