  • Economy Free Shipping (via EMS): FREE on all orders over $50. Order processing takes 1-2 business days, with a transit time of 15-25 business days after dispatch. Ideal for planning ahead with Jumbo Braids or stocking up on Developers.

All orders include transparent tracking so you can follow your package’s journey in real-time.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened hair colorants, developers, and used hair coloring tools cannot be returned. We can only accept returns on sealed, unopened beauty products.
